Has anyone had retinal damage from Plaquenil? - Lupus. I just joined this forum but I have been treated for SLE Lupus since 2001. I have been on Plaquenil ever since. My last retina scan shows some thinning of the retina so I am being scheduled with a specialist for further testing and I have been told there is a good possibility I will have to stop taking Plaquenil.
